A place to free yourself from all your feelings. Smash glass, while you yell and have music blaring out of the speakers. It’s super loud, so you have to enjoy the chaos. Who knew breaking stuff can count as a shrink visit (might almost cost the same too though). We picked the 64ish bottles and 10 min session smashing a car. The bottles were enough but we could have done without the car smash. The cars seem to have been smashed to the max and you were just banging on steel at that point. Great date night idea. It does feel like a workout and we suggest you wear shoes you don’t mind getting glass stuck in. We had to use pliers to take out all the glass. Happy Munchies, @aVeganAndHer

Awesome experience, loved the vibes that were going on and if you need to relieve some of your stress you should definitely come here. Celebrated my birthday here and for sure will be back soon. Also staff is super friendly and helpful!

We had a BLAST at Rage Ground! It was our first time, so we did the "Recruit Package" ($65/person & 34 glass bottles/person to mash). We had NO IDEA how fun smashing glass bottles with bats and hammers would be! ALSO - the playlist the staff had going really helped us get into the "smashing" vibe. Would go again!

OmG!! This place was perfect for some "therapy"! & let me tell you, it's a major workout!! The staff is friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful (Carla even came outside to find us!) My kids had a blast, especially thrashing the cars!!! Highly recommend! & they do parties...!! ❤️

My friends and I had a good time. It was definitely a workout. I let out some emotions and it felt wonderful. The staff ( I didn't get her name ) was awesome. She made the experience even better. She had a kind attitude, helpful, and friendly. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star because I would have enjoyed breaking something other than bottles.

Celebrated my birthday here on 10/14. Had an amazing time. The sheer number of things to break, the different tools to break them with, the music and the attention to safety were all top notch. Let out a lot of frustration and had a great time. I would definitely recommend for an event or just to blow off steam. One bit of advice, park around the corner and avoid the lots that say "3 dollar parking" thats only for 15 minutes, and minimum of 20 dollars needs to be spent.

Still fun, however I have a few notes... The front desk gal was not very thorough with instructions and was nowhere to be found when we were leaving so we were unsure if we were supposed to check out or not and ended up just walking out. Also the rooms themselves were very small, making it kind of dangerous with bounce back from debris/bottles. PPE only goes so far, I would recommend maybe a different venue with larger rooms.
